As conversations around wellbeing and mental health continue to take centre stage, Jess and Abby are launching Eterna, a wellness movement built on authenticity, accessibility, and science-backed self-care. Opening soon in East Grinstead East Sussex, Eterna is set to revolutionise the wellness space by offering communal saunas, cold plunges, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red-light beds, vitamin IVs, and more—all in a welcoming environment designed to remove the intimidation factor. Their mission is simple: to make high-performance health approachable for everyone, whether you’re an experienced biohacker, a curious newcomer, or someone seeking a social reset.
Eterna was born from personal experience. Having witnessed loved ones struggle with their health, Jess and Abby recognised the high costs and limited accessibility of treatments that optimize wellbeing. With Abby’s background as an award-winning coach and wellness educator, and Jess’ expertise in business and strategy, they joined forces to create a space that “blends science with community connection and education.” At Eterna, connection is woven into every experience—from expert-led classes to post-treatment coffee chats in a serene setting designed for both relaxation and revitalisation.

“This journey has taken belief, bravery, and a lot of late nights, but seeing the support from our community has made it all worth it,” they share.
What does Eterna Stand For?
- Science, Not Hype
Every treatment, protocol, and experience at Eterna is backed by cutting-edge research. No fluff. No gimmicks. Only what works. - Experience Over Excess
This isn’t about indulgence—it’s about transformation. Every element is designed to elevate both body and mind. - A Community of High Achievers
Eterna attracts those who refuse to settle—people who demand more from life. - Future-Focused Longevity
This isn’t short-term relaxation. It’s about playing the long game: living longer, performing better, and thriving at every age. - Rituals That Redefine You
The heat of the sauna. The shock of the plunge. The red light is absorbed into your cells. The IV drip delivers molecular-level restoration. These aren’t just treatments—they are the new rituals of high performance.
Jess and Abby firmly believe that “vitality blossoms when people gather, sharing wins, learning from setbacks, and celebrating progress together.”
Are you looking to start your wellness journey? Here are some words of advice from Jess and Abby:
”You’ll never regret investing in your health, and we don’t just mean financially. The time, energy, and effort you put into feeling good in your own skin is always worth it. Your body is the only place you have to live, and it has to carry you for a lifetime. Wellness rituals aren’t a luxury, they’re a necessity. They give you more of the thing we all want most: time. Time with energy, time with health, time to truly live. And if you can do it alongside friends and loved ones? Even better!”
Though Eterna has yet to open its doors, it will offer flexible membership options, day passes and pay-as-you-go treatments—ensuring premium wellness is accessible to all.
“Eterna isn’t just wellness; it’s your next chapter of connection, curiosity, and collective growth.”
